One of my resolutions this year was to cook more and order take out less, so my friends over at Moms Meet were nice enough to help me with this resolution and sent me a bottle of Flavor Your Life 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil to incorporate into my meals and add some flavor to my life!

What is Flavor Your Life?

Flavor Your Life campaign aims to educate North American consumers about authentic extra virgin olive oil from Europe. Flavor Your Life is empowering consumers by educating them about the rich history and delicious properties that these oils display—and sharing the delicious extra virgin olive oil culinary culture that’s been harvested in Europe for generations.

Flavor Your Life, Le Stagioni d’ Italia 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is a European cold pressed EVOO approved by a panel of trained expert tasters. This specific 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested in Italy, has a “robust flavor of artichoke and almond, with a medium bitter and spicy aftertaste, as well as a green, ripe, fruity aroma with a leafy feel.”

My Review

Of course being the Italian that I am, I had to try this immediately with breaded chicken cutlets and WOW. This 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil added the perfect robust juicy taste to this hearty favorite meal of ours. My son even commented “Mom these are the best chicken cutlets you’ve made!”  Plus being that the smoke point of this 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 400 degrees it makes a GREAT healthier alternatives to other oils for this meal. This is definitely mama’s new cooking bestie.
