How-To Set Up Your Wall:
- Find a space on the wall you’d like to turn into your sensory wall.
- Measure (or just eye-it like I did) and cut contact paper to size.
- Tape contact paper to wall with the sticky side facing OUT/towards you
- Blow up balloons and place on the contact paper, have stickers nearby.
- Now it’s playtime!
This activity is great for helping develop both fine and gross motor skills. Have your toddler take the balloons on and off placing them in different sections, throw the balloons in the air, and just have fun! I also placed some stickers on the ground nearby for my son to squat and grab, then peel and place on the wall to incorporate both motor skills. Check out this video HERE to see all of the fun!
This is such a cute idea to do with your little!
My kids would love this! I love the fact that it’s a super easy way to keep them entertained for a bit lol
