No-Bake Milk & Cookie Cake

Hey friends, today I wanted to share another easy and tasty treat, No-Bake Milk & Cookie Cake! This was introduced to me at a barbecue by a friend who referred to it as milk & cookie lasagna, because it is so ooegy, gooegy, and satisfying!

Ingredients & Supplies:

  • 11 x 8 pan
  • Spatula
  • 1 package of chocolate chip cookies (I used Chips Ahoy! however, I recommend having 2 on hand if you plan on snacking on some while making this dessert because you will need a FULL package of cookies!)
  • 2 containers of Cool Whip
  • 2 cups milk
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Handful of chocolate chip morsels

Steps:

  1. Start by dunking the cookies in milk (lightly) and line bottom of pan completely
  2. Spread a layer of Cool Whip gently on top of cookies
  3. Now simply repeat steps 1 and 2 until you reach the top of pan (this size pan holds 3 layers)
  4. Crumble one cookie and mix with chocolate morsels
  5. Sprinkle mixture on top of last layer of Cool Whip
  6. Drizzle syrup over cake
  7. Let set in fridge for at least 6 hours (I usually make this in the evening and let sit in fridge overnight.)
